If you are looking for a way to improve the stability of your 3.5t, 3.9t and 4.5t horsebox while on the road and reduce the sagging of the rear end of your vehicle when transporting heavy loads, you’ve come to the right place.

The main and most important component of the air suspension system is the airbag.  This is what provides the lift. Our airbags are manufactured by one of the European sector leaders ‘Rubena’.

DESIGN & PERFORMANCE

Our air suspension brackets are individually designed for each different model of vehicle in the range. This allows the maximum use of any original chassis elements and suspension components during assembly.

Air suspension systems relieve the stress on the original suspension through the use of twin air-bags, inflated using a compressor. This inflation operation only takes about 30 seconds to full height, this significantly improves driving conditions and extends the life of the original suspension components of frequently heavily loaded vehicles.

The recommended pressure for our air-bags is between 2 to 6 bars of pressure.We have measured that using the maximum of 6 bars of pressure will allow the rear of the vehicle to rise by up to 3 inches.

Our system kit supplied includes a high performance 12v compressor, these are easily installed under the drivers seat in the cab thanks to their small size.

In addition we can also offer a double pressure gauge which are recommended for the separate inflation of each air bag for perfect balance if your horse is off centre.

* Our warranty does not cover mechanical faults such as collision, excessive burdening other than permissible mass. damages to impact air-bags caused by stones or other external factors.
